Ingredients

  • Sweetened Condensed Milk 395g
  • Arnott’s Marie Biscuits 250g
  • Fine Desiccated Coconut 1 CUP
  • Nestle Bakers Choice Cocoa 1/4 CUP
  • 1 – 2 Tea Spoons rum *to taste (optional)

Method

Crush Marie biscuits, combine with coca powder, coconut & condensed milk add Rum for taste (if the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of Softened butter)
Roll the mixture into balls, coat with coconut and put in the freezer until firm.
