Ingredients

  • 1kg chicken breast
  • 500g carved ham (fat on the ham keeps it MOIST)
  • Bunch of parsley
  • 1kg of streaky bacon
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Bamboo stick things

Method

Dice chicken and ham and parsley. Put into food processor and blend the shit outta it.
Weave bacon I normally use all the bacon and see how many “mats” I can make.
Spread mixture over over bacon may not too thick as it won’t cook and when u roll it up it bunches up and gets thicker. Spread cheese over mixture and roll bacon forming bacon roll. Stand back and wipe the drool from your chin.
Use bamboo sticks to keep bacon roll closed while cooking.
Place bacon roll end seam down to stop unrolling.
Stand back and wipe drool again.
Place creations into oven at 180 keep an eye on bacon once starts going golden it’s time to roll baby. (About 30min)
Open oven door have an orgasm from the smell.
Dust your self off remove your creations and flip onto top to brown that bad boys bottom. (I normally drain all the fat and juices before rolling)
Wipe drool from chin again.
Return back to oven and stand there for 10 minutes licking your lips.
Wait till golden normally about 20-30 minutes.
Now time to put a bib on to catch drool.
Remove from oven drain juices and flip back onto that golden bottom.
I normally put it back in for 5-10 to get the top looking nice again then remove and coat the top with bbq sauce.
(Change bib) Return back to oven 5-10min to get bbq sauce sticky.
Remove from oven let rest for 5-10 enjoy the smell while drooling and drinking a beer.
