  • Tomato Paste Pizza Grlc Herb

Cut off any fat, bone or gristle on chicken, then slice on an angle into 1-centimeter-thick slices (about 4 slices per breast). Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Spread flour on a plate. Crush wheatbix and spread on another plate.

Beat eggs in a wide, shallow bowl. Piece by piece, coat chicken in flour and tap off excess. Dip into beaten egg, letting excess egg drip back into the bowl, then coat in Crushed wheatbix, making sure each piece is well crumbed.

Heat oil in a wide, heavy frypan over medium-high heat until a chicken piece gives off a lively sizzle when dipped in. Add as many chicken pieces that fit without touching. Fry, turning once, until golden on both sides and cooked through, about 8 minutes.

Drain well on a baking tray lined with paper towels, then remove paper towels.

Top each piece of chicken with a slice of ham, then a tablespoon of Tomato paste and drape cheese over the top to cover the chicken completely.

Preheat oven to 180C. Bake chicken until cheese is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

Dice chicken and ham and parsley. Put into food processor and blend the shit outta it.

Use bamboo sticks to keep bacon roll closed while cooking.
Place bacon roll end seam down to stop unrolling.
Stand back and wipe drool again.
Place creations into oven at 180 keep an eye on bacon once starts going golden it’s time to roll baby. (About 30min)
Open oven door have an orgasm from the smell.
Dust your self off remove your creations and flip onto top to brown that bad boys bottom. (I normally drain all the fat and juices before rolling)
Wipe drool from chin again.
Return back to oven and stand there for 10 minutes licking your lips.
Wait till golden normally about 20-30 minutes.
Now time to put a bib on to catch drool.
Remove from oven drain juices and flip back onto that golden bottom.
I normally put it back in for 5-10 to get the top looking nice again then remove and coat the top with bbq sauce.
(Change bib) Return back to oven 5-10min to get bbq sauce sticky.
Remove from oven let rest for 5-10 enjoy the smell while drooling and drinking a beer.
Cut and enjoy

Hello world!

Zombies Love Bacon has evolved and changed many times over the past five years. We were once little more than a group of people from Australia & New Zealand who formed a community of like-minded gamers from a heap of old clans. These days, its even more gaming, but with added extras, like Youtube videos and twitch streams! We felt like it was time to change to the look and feel of the Zombies Love Bacon website to be more in line with our current activities.

Over the years, Zombies Love Bacon has slowly changed focus from VOD to live streaming. YouTube just isn’t the same as it used to be, and days of recording and editing are just disappearing the YouTube void. The move to twitch has been a great fit, with the twitch community much more welcoming than YouTube ever was. That said, with the move to Livestreaming came a new problem – Community engagement. Twitch doesn’t work without an audience, so part of the new website is integrating the Zombies Love Bacon social media – giving everyone the chance to get involved and get social with Zombies Love Bacon, this includes a ZLB Discord too.

There are a few projects in the projects in the works for Zombies Love Bacon and we’re excited about what the future will bring for the Zombies Love Bacon brand and the friends of the community who have joined us along our five year long journey.

With that all said, please explore and enjoy the new website, visit the socials and YouTube channel to check out all the content so far and don’t forget to the visit the twitch channel and follow to check out the live streams and interact with Zombies Love Bacon crew.
